Engr. Solito T. Torcuator Polomolok Water District new General Manager
The mandatory retirement of Engr. Andresito J. Degilla on November 2, 2012, left Polomolok WD on a management vacuum. On March 25, 2013 after the usual Monday assembly, BOD Chair Engr. Andresito J. Degilla, announced that Polomolok Water District new General Manager is Engr. Solito T. Torcuator. The Board assured the newly appointed GM of the BOD’s support.
GM Torcuator gratefully accepted the new position and committed to give the best of himself to the District towards the realization of the District’s Vision Mission of providing 24/7 proactive services to all its consumers. He also enjoined the support and cooperation of Pol. WD Board of Directors and Polomolok Water District Employees Association (POWDEA) to ensure the continued growth, improvement and development of the District in the coming years.
The newly appointed General Manager of Polomolok WD, first entered the District on 1986 as meter reader for 8 months and slowly rose from the ranks to Engineering & Operations DIvision Manager in 2009 and General Manager in 2003.
