  2. The division that falls under the horror roll will provide snacks amounting to five hundred pesos (P500.00) for the honor roll as a consequence.

In-house Training

The In-house Training Programs, which focus on supervisory skills, teamwork, work values and customer relations, will help address complacency, work stress, and low self-esteem. The exclusivity of the training programs enables the employees to interact with colleagues thereby fostering openness and acceptance.

The beauty of the programs lies on working within a minimal budget without comprising the quality of learning gained from every lecture and actual experience. The 95% to 100% attendance and participation of the personnel is a definite position that can always be referred to in terms of behavioral monitoring and motivation.
